About Us

Burnsville Athletic Club (BAC) Boys Traveling Basketball is a grade level program for boys 4th - 8th grade. Participants must live within the Burnsville city limits, or live within Independent School District 191 boundaries, or attend a school within Independent School District 191 boundaries.

The traveling season is November - March with tryouts taking place in September. Teams will play 10 tournaments (includes one State Tournament) on weekends in the Metro Area. Teams will play 3-4 games over the weekend (occasionally there may be evening games on Friday) and will have approximately 2 practices a week. Practices are held at various schools located in District 191.

Mission Statement

BAC Boys Traveling Basketball Program strives to provide an equal opportunity for boys to develop their basketball skills at a competitive level by encouraging RESPONSIBILITY, TEAMWORK and good SPORTSMANSHIP from our athletes, coaches, and parents. Program goals are to:

  • Provide opportunities for players committed to playing at a competitive level to develop & achieve with teammates.
  • Promote teamwork.
  • Teach players the fundamental skills of basketball.
  • Develop personal confidence & pride through team achievements.
  • Have a fun season!
