2011-12 Registration & Tryouts
Boys Traveling Basketball is for 4-8th grade
New for the 2011-12 season....4th grade level
Online Registration is closed for the 2011-2012 season.
In person registration Monday September 12th 5:30 - 7 pm
Burnsville City Hall (100 Civic Center Parkway Burnsville) Small side Community Room (downstairs)
Walk in (late registration) on day of tryout. A $10.00 late fee for registrations on day of tryout.
There is a $30.00 nonrefundable registration fee to be paid at time of registration. Late registration (walk in) will be accepted on day of tryouts with a $10.00 late fee.
PLAYER PARTICIPATION FEE (to be collected after team selection/tryouts)
$355 New players - (includes new uniform & basketball bag)
$315 Returning players - (players' use uniforms & basketball bags from last season- new uniform will be issued only if last year uniform does not fit)

4th grade 12 - 1:30 pm
5th grade 1:45 - 3:15 pm
6th grade 3:30 - 5 pm
7th grade 5:15 - 6:45 pm
8th grade 7 - 8:15 pm
Tryouts will be a ONE DAY evaluation per grade level. Tryouts will be conducted by BHS Boys Basketball coaching staff and commissioner. Other independent evaluators may also be present at tryouts. Players will be evaluated on basic basketball fundamentals such as passing, dribbling, shooting, defense, and team skills. Sportsmanship and a player's attitude will also be considered during the evaluation process
- Please have players check in 10 minutes before tryout time (not earlier). Players will be given jerseys to wear during tryouts at check in. Jerseys must be returned at the end of tryouts.
- Only players and evaluators are allowed in the gyms during tryouts. Parents are not allowed to stay and watch tryouts from outside the gym.
- Rosters will be posted online by Friday September 23, 2011. Rosters will be posted by tryout/jersey #.
